Club Rules and Regulations:

All members and guests are subject to Eagle Glen Pickleball Club Rules &

Regulations.

Guests of members must abide by the same rules and regulations as applicable.

  • Sportsmanship is a core value of our club. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, harassment, or any verbal or physical abuse. Such conduct will result in immediate removal from the facility.
  • All individuals are expected to treat club personnel with kindness and respect. No arguing over line calls. If a call is unclear, the ball is considered "IN".
  • Managers, directors, instructors, and staff reserve the right to remove any player from a court for conduct issues including, but not limited to, on-court conflict, equipment abuse, non-payment, or unsportsmanlike behavior.
  • Mobile phone use is not permitted on court during play.
  • Only water in bottles is allowed on the court. All other food or drink must remain off-court. Glass bottles are prohibited.
  • No chewing gum is allowed on the courts.
  • Only closed-toe court shoes are allowed. Black-soled shoes must be labeled “non-marking.”
  • Appropriate attire, including shirts, must be worn at all times. Members and guests must practice good hygiene.
  • Courts must be reserved through the Eagle Glen Pickleball Club app. A $15 per person fee will apply if reservations are not canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Reservations are in one-hour increments, with a maximum of two hours per session (subject to membership tier and court availability).
  • Members must check in via the app no later than 5 minutes before their reservation. Failure to do so may forfeit the court to those on the waitlist.
  • All personal items must be removed after play. The club is not responsible for lost or left items. Items left longer than 30 days may be discarded.
  • Please help keep the facility clean. Use designated receptacles for all trash and recyclables.
  • Speakers and amplified sound are prohibited unless approved by management.
  • Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose.
  • Any issues should be reported to club management immediately.
  • Marketing materials, flyers, banners, and promotions require prior approval.
  • Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Court usage is restricted to 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM daily.
  • Reservations are non-transferable between members or non-members.
  • Walk-up play is allowed based on court availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Private coaching is strictly prohibited. Only Eagle Glen Pickleball Club-employed coaches may provide instruction.
  • No pets, bicycles, skateboards, or roller skates are allowed on premises. Service dogs are permitted.
  • Courts will be closed when wet.
  • Smoking of any kind is not allowed anywhere on club property.
  • Guest fees will be billed to the hosting member’s account.
  • In cases of extreme heat or air quality issues, the club may delay or cancel play for member safety.
  • All members and guests participate at their own risk. Eagle Glen Pickleball Club is not liable for injuries sustained while on premises.
  • By using the facility, all members and guests acknowledge and agree to adhere to these rules and may be subject to suspension for violations.
  • "Photography or video recording is prohibited without consent. The club may document events for promotional use with member permission.
  • In case of an emergency, please alert staff immediately. AED and first aid kits are located near the main entrance and club office.
  • "The club reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for repeated violations of these policies, with or without refund."
  • No outside food, drink, alcohol, or personal chairs are permitted on club property.
  • Memberships dues and fees are not prorated, refundable, or transferable.
  • Memberships benefits are not prorated, refundable, or transferable.
  • Court reservations are non-transferable between members or non-members.
